Athletics

On athletics day (19th of November) one of the activities we did was team building. We had to make are way to the end of the court and go around the bacteria and litter that was drawn on the ground. We had spots to throw on the ground to help get across. The winner was the team that got to the end first.
A way to make it is to throw a spot and put a foot on it and the other person puts one foot on. Then the next person goes on and grabs it and gives it to the first person and then the first person throws it on the ground in front.
Another way is easier - we got a spot and moved it with our feet.

pasifika mamas

We went to the Corban Estate Art Center to see the Pasifika Mamas. We had to take our shoes off before we went inside. 

We made leis from fabric flowers, straws and string.

We took turns on the drums. There were skin drums and log drums.

There was a boy vs girl challenge. We learned a dance the girls and boys had different actions.                                                                             

Futsal

We did some futsal. We do it on every Wednesday. We are there for one hour. It is a game. It is like football but inside. We had to look around to see so we don't hit anyone. We should not steal other peoples' balls.
